This varies depending on the quantity ordered and how many custom orders I currently have in my queue.

Typical turnaround times are:

• Under 5 items: usually ready within 1–3 days after the design is approved

• Larger orders: typically 5–7 days

• Bulk event/wedding favors: may take a little longer depending on quantity

For example, my largest custom order so far was 50 custom wine stoppers for a wedding, which took about 10 days to complete.

When we review your design concept together, I’ll always give you a more exact timeline before starting your order.

For custom pieces, I will send you a design mock-up or concept for approval before I begin creating your item. This gives you a chance to:

• Request changes

• Adjust colors or wording

• Swap design elements

• Make sure everything looks exactly how you envisioned it

I want you to love your piece before I even start making it.

Please note: once a custom design has been approved and production has started, major changes may not be possible depending on the item.

Artful Chaos & Tiny Acts of Defiance is currently an online and event-based shop, but we regularly participate in local artisan fairs, vendor events, and pop-up markets.

Please ship the ashes in a small waterproof container (plastic or glass jar) sealed inside a ziplock bag for extra protection during transit.

Once your order is placed, I will send my mailing address to you via email.

Your custom bracelet will be started as soon as the ashes arrive. ❤️

Return Policy

At Artful Chaos, every item is handmade and many pieces are custom-created just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review the policy below before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, memorial, or made-to-order items are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted once production has started.

This includes:

• Custom night lights

• Personalized wine stoppers

• Memorial items

• Custom bracelets/photo jewelry

• Special event or bulk orders

• Any item made specifically to your requested design

Craftsmanship Issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue related to craftsmanship, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, Artful Chaos will:

• Repair the item

• Exchange the item

• Or issue a refund at our discretion

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs back to Connecticut.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged from shipping, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos so a shipping claim can be filed if applicable.

Handmade Nature Disclaimer

Please remember that all items are individually handmade. Minor variations in color, shell shape, resin patterns, placement, or natural imperfections are part of the uniqueness and character of handmade art and are not considered defects.

Incorrect Shipping Information
