  • This varies depending on the quantity ordered and how many custom orders I currently have in my queue.

    Typical turnaround times are:

    • Under 5 items: usually ready within 1–3 days after the design is approved

    • Larger orders: typically 5–7 days

    • Bulk event/wedding favors: may take a little longer depending on quantity

    For example, my largest custom order so far was 50 custom wine stoppers for a wedding, which took about 10 days to complete.

    When we review your design concept together, I’ll always give you a more exact timeline before starting your order.

  • Absolutely!

    For custom pieces, I will send you a design mock-up or concept for approval before I begin creating your item. This gives you a chance to:

    • Request changes

    • Adjust colors or wording

    • Swap design elements

    • Make sure everything looks exactly how you envisioned it

    I want you to love your piece before I even start making it.

    Please note: once a custom design has been approved and production has started, major changes may not be possible depending on the item.

    Artful Chaos & Tiny Acts of Defiance is currently an online and event-based shop, but we regularly participate in local artisan fairs, vendor events, and pop-up markets.

  • Please ship the ashes in a small waterproof container (plastic or glass jar) sealed inside a ziplock bag for extra protection during transit.

    Once your order is placed, I will send my mailing address to you via email.

    Your custom bracelet will be started as soon as the ashes arrive. ❤️
